Football365 has compiled a Premier League team of the season so far for the best new signings, utilizing average ratings from WhoScored and setting a minimum requirement of three league starts. The lineup currently adopts a 3-4-2-1 formation and highlights standout performers who have made an immediate impact at their new clubs.
Goalkeeper and Defense
Konstantinos Tzolakis of Hull City anchors the team in goal with a 7.11 rating. Following a £20m move from Olympiacos, Tzolakis kept clean sheets in his opening three Premier League matches, with two of those coming against Champions League-level sides. In central defense, Brighton’s Luka Vuskovic holds a 7.42 rating after an impressive start that included eight clearances in a dominant win over Arsenal. He is joined by Leeds United’s Tarik Muharemovic (7.28 rating), who ranks joint-third for clearances this season, and Liverpool’s Jeremy Jacquet (7.24 rating), who has secured the central defensive role.
Midfield and Wing-Backs
Crystal Palace right wing-back Anan Khalaili (6.84 rating) has recorded the most tackles in the league this season and scored his first goal against Ipswich. The central midfield features Aston Villa’s Johan Manzambi (7.32 rating), who contributed four goal contributions in three league games alongside a Champions League strike, and Brighton’s Chema Andres (7.12 rating), who recently netted his first Premier League goal against Arsenal. Tottenham’s free-agent acquisition Andy Robertson (6.53 rating) rounds out the defensive flanks at left-back, providing valuable experience to the squad.
Attackers and Forwards
Chelsea’s Morgan Rogers (7.47 rating) leads the attack as the highest-rated new signing, having registered goal involvements in his first four Premier League appearances. He is partnered in attacking midfield by Tottenham’s Savio (7.17 rating), who has created more chances than any teammate and successfully dribbled past more opponents than any other player in the league despite having only four starts. Up front, Aston Villa’s Nicolas Jackson (6.91 rating) takes the central forward spot following consecutive goals either side of the international break.
